Also known as Andrea Bonaiuti, da Firenze was born in Florence. The actual date of his birth is unknown, however he is first documented in 1346. Andrea is primarily remembered for his frescoes that decorated the Spanish Chapel of S. Maria Novella, a Dominican church located in Florence.
